Vicky had such severe lung problems that they could have ended her career. Thankfully that didn’t happen. Here’s what she says:
‘When I was 32 I had multiple blood clots in my lungs, and pneumonia at the same time, which resulted in a collapsed lung. There was significant damage, both to my lungs and heart, which I now have lifelong medication for. But I must stress how incredibly valuable White’s Technique has been in getting my lung capacity back. To hear me sing, you would never know the damage that is there. I can tell, as my stamina is not quite what it was, but equally, the Technique has been so reliable I have been able to continue my career despite the complications. What a wonderful and therapeutic technique it is.’
